Description

The previous owner was a renowned family business with over 60 years of experience in machine reconditioning. Focus on geometric and mechanical overhaul, automation, and retrofit solutions. Also for special-purpose machines. Highest standards of quality and accuracy, so that the geometric values of the reconditioned machines correspond to those of a new machine.

The machine underwent a general overhaul in 2022. A complete geometric overhaul was carried out in accordance with DIN 8606:
– Installation of a 2-axis digital bar including counter from FAGOR
– Protective cover from REAPAR2
– New bearings for main spindle
– New bearings for coupling shaft
– Electrical system upgraded to current VDE standards, including emergency stop
– Spindle and nut X-axis replaced
– Completely new paint finish
– Spindle and nut of the quill adjustment renewed
– Necessary adjustment work carried out
– Inspection and repair of the gearbox
– Machine cabling including cable drag renewed
