We clarify questions quickly and transparently. Whether it’s technical details, the condition of the machine, or organizational processes – we take the time to answer every question comprehensively.

Once the technical specifications, condition, and price have been agreed upon, you can inspect the machine on-site under power after prior consultation. Even the best videos and pictures cannot replace the need to get a personal impression of the machine’s condition. All of the machine’s functions will be demonstrated on-site, allowing you to gain an impression of key condition characteristics such as spindle runout, axes movement noise, etc. In many cases, it is also possible to obtain information about the machine’s history directly from the previous owner.

Upon request, we offer the option of taking your old machines as a trade-in. We determine their current value transparently and fairly, so that, if they are suitable, they can be directly offset against the purchase price. This makes the acquisition of your new machine particularly efficient and straightforward.

Once all details have been agreed and the purchase contract has been concluded, the process is carried out quickly and professionally. We ensure that all necessary work, from data backup and securing the axles, disassembly and loading to transporting the machine, is carried out professionally. Upon request, we also offer services from unloading at the destination to training your machine through our cooperation partners.

We also offer you almost twenty years of experience in exports to third countries or shipments within the EU. We reliably handle tasks such as transport-appropriate packaging (sea freight packaging), obtaining export licenses, smooth export processing, and professional loading. Due to the fact that transporting a machine tool requires a great deal of expertise, we work exclusively with specialized freight forwarders. This way, we guarantee that your machine arrives safely.
